The silver Torah Finial consists of a shaft and a body.
The shaft is cylindrical and is supported by an undulating round raised base. The base is circumfered by three strips decorated alternately with scrolls and a smooth strip. A convex unit surmounts the base upon which the shaft is situated. The shaft is decorated with openwork which is divided into two units by a strip of flowers that circumfer the center. The bottom is decorated with vertical acanthus leaves and the top is decorated with flowers and leaves.
The body is shaped like a crown surmounted on a compressed globular capital decorated with flowers. The crown consists of six arms and is decorated with flowers as well.
