The two tiered Torah crown consists of a main section, a crest and an apex.

The round coronet-like base is comprised of a wide band with a wavy rim that projects out and is surmounted by palmettes. The base bears alternating foliate-framed medallions and cartouches supported by bears, lions and griffins. Each medallion and cartouche bears a zodiac sign. The rest of the base is decorated with foliate scrolls. Six arms are attached to the base between the palmettes and converge at the base of the crest. Each arm bears a Zodiac sign (8713) amongst the foliate scrolls. The crown-like crest consists of a coronet-shape base and four arms. The base has a wavy edges, is decorated with foliate scrolls, and bears an inscription in squa re filled letters in partially closed cartouches that reads: כתר כהונה ##כתר מלכות##כתר שם טוב##כתר תורה## בשנת תקנ"ז לפ"ק "The crown of priesthood, the royal crown, the crown of a good name the crown of Torah (Avot 4:13),in the year (5)597 (1797)"

Every other arm has a foliate decoration. A depiction of the Priestly blessing is situated above the inscription "The crown of priesthood", while the date is under the inscription "The crown of Torah".

An apex in the shape of a bunch of leaves surmounts the Torah crown.
