The ten-faceted wooden Torah case consists of a body and a coronet.##A two pairs of faceted annulets encircle the upper and lower borders of the body. Ten knobs for the Torah case wrapper are set between the upper borders, one on each facet.##The case opens into two halves in the middle of the front facet, while the back facet is separated from the rest by two pairs of hinges. ##A dedicatory inscription, composed of parts of Biblical phrases is situated on two plaques on either side of the opening. They compose a rectangular panel topped with a triangular arche with two semi-circulars on both sides. In the upper part inscription is framed by a convex projection with a continuous line. Both projections also bear inscriptions. The inscriptions are going from the right side to the left and in filled square letters read in both projections: זאת##התורה under it from the right side to the left: ק"##ל" under projections, on the right side: זכה וברה המפנינם##יקרה ווי העמודם##כשרה אשר עשה##היאש הכבוד##והצנוע מר## on the left side: חגאג כמוס בן##כליפה ואשתו##שרה אשר נקנה##בחודש אלול##שנת התשכח ##Below and up the panels the front facet is decorated with a twisted foliage. One clasp is attached beneath. ##The inner face is plain wood. Two rectangular partitions are set at the top and bottom of each half. The lower one has a rectangular hollow handholder, while the upper one is decorated with six horizontal round holes. ##Two insert holes for the staves are at the top of the case.##The ten-faceted coronet tops the body. Each facet is composed of an openworked doubled lilis.
