Illustration no. 5 (between cols. 5 and 6 on sheet no. 3) is not documented here, though a sliver of it can be seen on the right side of this image; for a description of the scene see ID 318667). It depicts the triumph of Mordecai (Es. 6:11).
Illustration no. 6 (between col. 6 on sheet no. 3 and col. 7 on sheet no. 4) depicts the hanging of Haman's son, only suggested by a ladder and a vertical pole. The scene is labeled ואת עשרת בני המן בן-המדתא ("The ten sons of Haman the son of Hammedatha" - Es. 9:10) and additionally, each man has a kind of diadem with his name in Hebrew on its brim.
The scroll is preserved in very good condition.
The Book of Esther in Hebrew
The printed text in the scroll does not feature the scribal practices of hand-written Esther scrolls.
Each column starts with a large decorated word. Additionally, there are some words printed in larger letters than the rest of the text.
The paper sheets of the scroll are glued together.
