The silver gilded Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with a semi circular arch. The Tables of the covenant are depicted in the center bearing the opening words of the Decalogue.They are flanked with branches and surmounted by a griffon facing backwards and revealing its tongue. The lower part bears an inscription written in square linear letters, and reads: "פייגע סלאווע בת דוואסי". "Feiga Slave daughter of Dvosi". The Torah shield is surrounded by an internal raised line with flat and blank edges.
