The yellow Torah mantle consist of a cloak and linning.
The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It has two stiches one on each side. The cloth is decorated from top to bottom with a Torah crown flanked above by two small stars and below by the initials which reads: " כ)תר( ת)ורה(" "Torah crown"
Underneath the crown there is a dedicatory inscription encircled by two branches which are tied at their bottom. The inscription is in square filled letters and reads:
"ז"נ)זאת נדבת(## מ)מרת( גיטל ## שפיעלמאנן ## להזכרות נשמות ## אבותיה כ'ה זנוויל ## ע"ז)עם זוגתו( מ')מרת( הענדל ## ע"ה)עליהם השלום("
