The rectangular small velvet Torah mantle consists of two cloths attached together, leaving two openings for Torah scroll staves. The front bears a dedicatory inscription surmounted by a crown flanked by two blessing hands. The inscription reads in square filled letters in seven lines:

בן כ"ה שמשון כ"ץ
ז"ל [זכרונו לברכה] ע"ז [עם זוגתו] הצנועה מ' [מרת]
צירל ת"י [תחיה] בשנת
ת"קצ"ז לפק
"This is a donation of the exalted honourable Rabbi Hirz Kleinkind, son of the honourable Rabbi Shimshon Cohen Tzedek of blessed memory and his modest wife, Mrs. Zirel, may she live a long life in the year of (5)597 (=1837)"
The inscription is framed by an industrial band. The back of the mantle is framed by a knitted band and decorated with a Star of David made out of the same band.
