The silver goblet consists of a base, a shaft, a body and a lid.

The base is round and graded. Its rim is decorated with long and narrow rectangular panels alternated with a flower. The centre of the base is decorated with a row of leaves and it upper side bears vertical depressions. The shaft is cylindrical and undulating and is decorated by four vertical rows: the lower one bears a foliate pattern, the second one a geometric pattern, the third one bears vertical depressions and the upper one is decorated with rectangular panels and flowers as like as the decoration of the base rim. A concave undulating body is mounted over the shaft. The bottom is decorated by a row of overlapping leaves; the centre bears a decoration of rectangular panels and flowers and the upper part bears vertical depressions. A dedicatory inscription is engraved on the rim. The goblet has a round convex lid which is pointed on top. The rim is decorated as like as the base rim. Eight vertical depressions depart from the centre. The upper part of the lid is decorated with an upside-down row of leaves. An apex in the shape of a vase with flowers is mounted over the top of the lid.

The dedicatory inscription is engraved in linear letters, alternatively in Hebrew and Italian and reads:

כלה תורה !The bride of the Law Annina Treves! חתן תורה !The bridegroom of the Law Giuseppe Treves  Tisri 5669=(1909)!
