The tombstone is an arched stela, inscribed with an epitaph in Hebrew:

האבן הזאת שמתי מצבה

לראש (בראשית כ"ח, כ"ב) הנער הנעים

מנשה ? בן א"ב[?] הכ"ר[?]

אברהם חפץ נפטר 

יום ה' חמשה באלול

שנת התקי"א וחלוי"ש [= וחיי לרבנן ולכל ישראל שבק]

Translation: 

And this stone, which I have set for a pillar (Gen. 28: 22)

For the young and pleasant 

Menashe ? son of ?

Avraham Hefetz, passed away

on Thursday, 5 of Elul 

In the year 5511, leaving life to the Sages and to the entire Jewish people.
