The silver amulet is composed of two joined plaques, and a hanger. The plaques are oval and convex and they hav a weavy rim. Both sides bear a central cartouche framed by volutes and bearing the word: שדי ! Shaddai!. Around the cartouche, the plaques bear a decoration of volutes and conches. On both sides of the plaque two Temple Implements are attached. On side A: an Incense censer and the Tablets of the Law and on side B: the Altar and the Seven Branched Menorah. Beneath the cartouche, a vase with flowers is fastened. The amulet is surmounted by a graded baldachin which is topped by a trefoil hanger. A cluster of grapes is attached to the bottom of the plaques.
