The silver kiddush cup is cylindrical, widening outwards with an overturned rim .##It is decorated with a wide band divided into four vertical units. The units are decorated alternatley with heart shaped crests and with foliate scrolls. The inscriptions in square filled letters read: "כוס של## של ברכה##לקידוש של שבת ויו"ט" "שמעון בן##יחזקאל חנוך" "Cup of of blessing for the hallowing (Kiddush) of the Sabbath and the Holiday"## "Simeon son of Ezekiel Enoch"## The central wide band is surmounted by a narrow band decorated with diamonds.
