The geometric design, consisting of a rectangular frame and two medallions, is located on the catacomb ceiling. A strip divides the rectangle vertically into two sections; the wider one on the right. A lion inside a medallion is depicted in the right section. The medallion on the left comprises a wheel with eight spokes. The medallions are formed by two circular bands with a zigzag pattern. The rectangular frame is also formed by bands with a zigzag pattern.
