The double-tiered Torah crown consists of a main section a crest and an apex. Each tier comprises a base and arms. The round base of the main section comprises a band with a wide ring above and below it. The band is decorated with three pairs of lions, each confronting a flower. Each passant regardant lion supports the flower with one leg. A pattern of foliate scrolls and flowers, runs between the pairs of lions. The band is surmounted by semicircular units bearing C scrolls which are surmounted by birds. Six arms, which alternate with the birds, project from the base. Flowers emerge from baskets situated at the base of each arm. Three of the arms are also decorated with an animal (possibly a lamb) resting on the leaves. The arms converge above in a dome decorated with a foliate pattern. A concave smooth unit mounted on the dome, supports the coronet-like crest, which is comprised of a ring surmounted by acanthus leaves. A bud-shaped apex is mounted on a floral disk in the center of the crest.
