The silver two leveled Torah crown consists of a main part, a crest and an apex. Each level is composed of base and arms.

The base of the main part is composed of circumpheral band encircled by two rings on bottom and top, and surrmounted by a raw of crests. The central band bears six coloured enamel cartouschs. Each cartousch is decorated with a differnt coloure and subject. The first two cartousches are decorated with a simmilar pattern of a stem of white flowers on a turquoise background.

A dedicatory insciption is inscribed around the upper border of the two cartousches in square and and fieled letters. It reads:

שייך לבהמ [בית המדרש] דקק [דקהילת קודש] זאלקו / ארי' לייב כץ / מאיר בהרר [בן הרבי רב] מרדכי סג

"Belongs to the house of learning (Beit Ha-Midrash) of the holy community of Zolkiew, Ari Leib Catz, Meir son of Rabbi R. Mordechai Seg[al]"

The other four cartousches depict the subjects of the Priestly blessing (12048); the Tower of king David (12049); the giving of the Torah (12050); and Jacob's dream (12051). Each subject has a related inscription.

The base is decorated allover with an openwork foliate pattern. A coloured stone is fixed between the cartousch and in the center of each crest.

Six arms are rased above the base and joined together on top in the base of the crest. Each arm is decorated on top and bottom with a pattern of a conch and with an openwork foliate motives. A coloured stone is set in the central weiden part of the arm.

The concave base of the crest has serated lower and upper borders. Six rampant lions that face leftward, form the arms of the crest. The lions front legs support a dome to which akantos leaves are attached between the lions.
