The dark red Torah mantle is made of velvet.
The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It opens in its lower part on both sides. The cloth bears an embroidery decoration of a wreath encircling a dedicatory inscription. A Torah crown appears above the wreath flanked by an inscription which reads: "כ % ת" "Crown of % Torah (int.)"
The cloth bears decoration of embroidered stars. Above the crown a line composed of circles and rhomboids. Below the wreath is another dedicatory inscription in latin letters.##The dedicatory inscription in the wreath is embroidered in filled letters and reads:
ז"נ (=זאת נדבת) / מיכל אונד לאה / ברעיער / לכבוד המקום / ולכבוד התורה / בשנת ת'ר'נ'ה / לפ"ק (=לפרט קטן)
