The green velvet torah^mantle consist of a cloak and a linning. The Torah^mantle is made of cotton velvet. ##The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It opens in its lower part on both sides. The cloth bears an embroidered decoration arranged around a central flower motif, surmounted by the letters: "כת" "Crown of torah" Two branches, on each stands a bird, form an oval frame around the central flower motif and the dedicatory inscription. At the upper part of the cloak a crown in relief is applicated, and an inscription reads: "שנת כתר לפק )=לפרט קטן(" "The year (5)620 (=1806)" The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in filled letters over three lines and reads: " ז"נ כ' אייזיק ליב / אבלאט עז"מ' / מרים ת"י " "This is the donation (Int.) of the honord (Int.) Isaac Leib / Ablat withhis wife Mrs. (Int.) / Miriam May she live long (Int.)"
