The last text page of Genesis is furnished with the number of verses sign including, Parshioth and Sedarim of the book written at the end of the text in micrographic triangles with a vertical line set between them. The text at the center is surrounded by the Massorah magna and parva, by Rashi's commentary in lower and upper margins and in the inner margin by the Targum topped by Sefer ha-Gan commentary written as a circle. The Targum column ends in a triangle shape facing downwards with foliage issuing from the descender of the final kof of the word חזק ("be strong").
The page is also decorated along the outer margin with a large micrographic key. The top and bottom lines of the Massorah magna terminate in zig-zag shapes.
