Fol. 74: In the outer margin is a young dressed in red and green pans standing on the left foot and raising the other. He is illustrating the instruction שידלג על רגל אחת, "skip one leg" to remove a stone from the kidney, written in the text beside him. Above him is a drawing of a lion’s head protruding his red tongue upwards.
Below them is a bird in greyish-green colour, with two golden feathers and white dots in the tail. The bird follows the exact coloured bird in text, that one "should eat or drink its ashes, for this bird has the power to break the kidney stone":
"והצפור אשר צבעו בין צבע האפר והירוקות ויש לו בכנפיו ב' נוצות מוזהבות ופיו דק ובזנבו נקודות לבנות ... יש לעוף הזה כח נפלא בשבירת אבן הכליות והמקוה שיאכל או ישתה מאפרו ...."
