The flat tulip-like Rimon is made of silver and consists of a shaft and a body. ##A. The shaft is cylindrical and tapering. It is decorated by a scaly motif. B. The body has the shape of a tulip ending in a trefoil motif, and has a wavy edge. The center of one side is depicted by a Star^of^David~, on a floral background. A band surrounds the center and bears an inscription which is engraved in outline letters, and reads:##Rimon A.: וזאת התורה אשר שם משה לפני בני ישראל תורה ציוה צוה לנו משה מורשה קהילת יעקב עץ חיים היא למחזיקים בה ותומכיה מאושר (Deut., 4:44 ; Deut., 33:4 ; Prov., 3:18) ##Rimon B.: דרכיה דרכי נועם וכל נתיבתיה שלום שלום רב לאהבי תורתך ואין למו מכשול (Prov., 3:17 ; Psalm., 119:165) The other side of the body bears a dedicatory inscription in its almond-like center. Below the inscription there are two fish turning to the center, and above the inscription there is a landscape depiction: A domed building, a tree with birds and another bird standing on the ground. A Star^of^David~ appears at the top of the body and bears the inscription: מגן דוד !Star of Dvid!##Both sides' borders are encircled by a foliate runner. Sixteen rings are fixed along the edge of the body.##The dedicatory inscription is written in horizontal lines and is engraved in outline letters, and reads: Rimon A.: וזה הכתר שהקדישו##לכבוד ס!ת לעלוי נשמת##הבחורה והכשרה כלה !And this is the crown which was dedicated##in honour of the Torah-script (initial letters) for the raising of the soul of ##the girl and the conscientious one the bride! ##Rimon B.: תוך חופתה צרויה בת##יצחק מעז פטירתה יום גש )ג' שבוע(##י!ד חשון תש!ח תנצבה !In her wedding Tzruia daugher of##Isaac since her passing away on the third day of the week (initial letters)##The fourteen of Heshvan (5)708 May her soul rest in peace (initial letters)!
