The cylindrical shaft is decorated with diagonal circumscribed stripes of geometric motif alternated with stripes with groups of three dotes. Bands of geometrical motif encircle the upper and lower borders of the shaft. The shaft is surmounted by a globular compressed capital which is decorated with medallions bearing a flower motif. Chains carrying flattened and slit drop-shaped bells are hanged from the center of the capital. The globular body is devided into two parts and is mounted over a bowl-shaped base decorated with rows of groups of three dots. The lower part of the body is decorated by six cartouches bearing each one an inscription. The engraved inscription in square letters reads: !Dedicated ./. to the Torah Scroll ./. to the soul ./. of Shmuel ./. son of Mr./. Binyamin! The upper part of the body is decorated with diagonal bands of foliate and dotted patterns. Two bands, the upper with foliate pattern and the lower geometric, encircles the center of the body. Chains hang around the center of the body and the top of body base are carrying flattened and slit drop-shaped bells. A domed apex decorated with stylized petals radiating from the top is mounted over a floral openwork circlet.
