Fol. 50, by Illuminator C: The initial word You (אתה, Ata) opening the yozer (Davidson 1924–1933, א 8745) of the morning service for the eighth day of Passover is enclosed within a rectangular panel decorated with a bucranium, a grotesque human head and acanthus scrolls, which frame the silver letters on a bluish-green ground. Some elements of the panel decoration are in spared-ground technique.
