Fol. 39, by Illuminator C: The initial word ויושע (Vayosha) opening the yozer (Davidson, 1924–1933,ו 245) of the morning service for the seventh day of Passover is enclosed within a rectangular panel decorated with hybrids with human heads, a dragon and an acanthus scroll which frames the silver letters on a magenta ground. Some elements of the panel decoration are in spared-ground technique.
