The page includes headings followed by illustrations and associate tables for two constellations, Cancer (סרטן), and its table "Not in the form" (אינם בצורה), and Leo (אריה), which end is missing in our manuscript.

Cancer is illustrated on the right by a crab with a pair of chelae and three pairs of walking legs. The crab is painted in magenta with thirteen gold and silver bezants, which mark its stars. They are spread according to the table below: nine gold stars on its back and four silver stars, which are "not in the form", outside its figure: three between its chelae and one above the right one.

The second constellation Leo, on the left, is illustrated by a lion facing to the right, painted in ochre and light yellow colorus with thirty five burnished gold and silver bezants of various sizes. They are spread according to the table: twenty seven gold stars throughout the body (four of which in the lower part of body are worn), and additional eight silver stars are placed above and below his figure and outside the panel. The largest star is near the end of its tail.

The page includes on the top right also the final part, "Not in the form" for the previous constellation Gemini, which start is on the verso of the page (fol. 65, see document).

The headings Cancer, Leo, and the three titles "Not in the form" are written within small rectangular panels with gold borders in burnished gold letters on dark blue ground surrounded by dots and floral motifs in white and red colours.

The tables are written in alternating red and brown ink including headings in geometrical (zigzag) shapes in micrography.
