The page includes on the left column the heading for the constellation Gemini (תאומים) followed by illustration and associate table, which end is on the following page (fol. 65v, see document).
Gemini is illustrated by two naked youths with blond hair and pink body (now black) with twenty five gold bezants marking the stars of the constellation. The boys stand one in front of the other, both stepping to the right; their arms are outstretched to the sides.
The gold bezants are scattered in accordance with the table: eighteen on various parts of their bodies, of which eleven are on the right figure (one on the wrist flaked off) and seven on the left figure. The largest gold star is on their head. The other group of seven silver bezants is placed outside the figures according to the table "Not in the form" (אינם בצורה), which is written in the following page: four of them are on the left and three close to their legs.
The page includes also in the right column the heading and the final table "Not in the form" for Taurus, the previous constellation which start is on fol. 67v. The headings Taurus, Gemini and the title "Not in the form" are written each within a small rectangular panel with gold borders in burnished gold letters on dark blue ground surrounded by dots and floral motifs in white and red colours.
The tables are written in alternating red and brown ink including headings in geometrical (zigzag) shapes in micrography.
