The rectangular Torah curtain consists of a main cloth, a frame, and a dedicatory panel.
The main cloth bears a decoration of vine leaves. It is framed by a wide blue band.
A dedicatory panel appears at the upper part of the main cloth. It is shaped as a horizontal rectangle and bears a dedicatory inscription. The inscription is written in square filled letters and reads: " Dedicated to the Lord / this Torah curtain from the woman / Rachel Titero blessed above women (Judg. 5: 24) for the exaltation of the souls of the brothers / the reposed Avraham Bachar son of Rivka / may he rest in Eden on the 25th day of the month of Nissan the year (5)706 = ??? 1946 / for the exaltation of the soul of Yoseph and Shimeon Bachar may they rest in Eden / May their soul be bound up in the bond of life." A twisted rope like stripe frames the dedicatory panel.
Hooks for hanging the Torah curtain appear at its upper edge.
