The stepped conical Torah finials consist of a shaft, a body and an apex.
The cylindrical tapering shaft is bordered at top and bottom by a thin ring. A bowl shaped capital, decorated with a wavy line in its upper rims tops the shaft.
The shafts bear a Hebrew dedicatory inscriptions written square filled letters arranged in four and five lines that read towards the body:

רימון א': "קל"ה (קודש לה')/ויקטוריה לוי ושושנה ג'יראסי הי"ו (ה' ישמרן ויחזקן)/לעלוי נשמת אחותם רחל בת מלכה/ומאיר לוי נלב"עה (נאספה לבית עולמה) י"ג שבט תשכ"ד/ת'נ'צ'ב'ה' (תהיה נשמתה צרורה בצרור החיים)"
רימון ב': "קל"ה (קודש לה')/נדבת אליהו נחמיאס הי"ו (ה' יחזקהו וישמרהו) לע"נ (לעלוי נשמת)/אשתי מזל בת שמחה שנפטרה/ביום א' תשרי תשכ"ט ת'נ'צ'ב'ה' (תהיה נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים)"
Finial A: "Dedicated to the Lord (by) Victoria Levi and Suzanne (Shoshana) Jirasi may the Lord sustain and protect them, for the redemption of the soul of their sister Rachel daughter of Malka and Meir Levi, who passed away on the 13th of the month of Shevat (5)724 (27.1.1964), may her soul be bound up in the bond of life."
Finial B: "Dedicated to the Lord, a donation of Elijah (Eliyahu) Na'hmias may the Lord protect and sustain him, for the redemption of the soul of his wife Mazal daughter of Simha, who passed away on the first of the month of Tishrei (5)439 (23.9.1968), may his soul be bound up in the bond of life."
The stepped conical body is surmounted upon a bowl-shaped base. The lower part of the base is decorated with arches bordered by circles and topped by Stars of David. The upper rims are encircled by a wavy-line. Five chains with bells are inserted through loops set around the upper rims of the bowl.
The conical body comprises three steps in diminishing size. The lower step is decorated with arches and circles intermittently. Stars of David appear below and above the arches.
The two upper steps are encircled at their base by a wavy line. The lower step is decorated with three flowers flanked at top and bottom by Stars of David.
An apex shaped like a screw, situated upon a floral disk, tops the shaft.
