Fol. 113: Onomancy tables for calculating fates according to the person's name and the days of the week and month. An inscription in Hebrew within a rectangle at the bottom of the page explains it:

ליקח שמו ויקח יום/ השבוע וישליך ל' ומה/ שישאר תקח בידך.

A large concentric circle encloses two inner ones inscribed with Hebrew letters within compartments. It is surrounded by four smaller circles inscribed in Hebrew and Yiddish.

The top right circle is inscribed above: בית החיים. מיין גלוייק אישט/ קרנק. It includes the 'good days' (כולו טוב) of the month, and is connected by a thin line to the concentric circle 'House of life' (בית החיים), inscribed with the same good days (זה/ וזה שוים).

The bottom right circle is inscribed above: למות ממחר. It includes the 'bad days' (כולו רע) of the month and is connected by a short thin line to the concentric circle 'House of death' (בית המות), inscribed with the same bad days.

The small top and bottom circles contain intermediate days of the month.

Above the top left circle: נא גלוק שטיט מיין גדנק. It includes good and bad days: לחיים מאחר/ טוב ורע בינונית.

 Above the bottom left circle: מיין גלוייק שטיט זונדר וונק. It includes more worse days than good ones: למות מאחר/ רע יותר מן הטוב.

On the right edge: איך האט גלוייק דש אישט ניט לנק.
