The red Torah mantle is made of velvet.
The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It opens in its lower part on both sides. Industrial ribs are attached to the cloth's borders. The cloth bears an embroidery decoration of a wreath encircling a dedicatory inscription. A torah^crown~ apears above the wreath flanked by an inscription wich reads: "כ % ת" "Crown of % Torah (int.)"
The upper and lower sections of the cloth bears decoration of embroidered stars. The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in filled letters and reads:
" ז"נ / ר' יצחק / זעעלענפריעד / ואשתו ריזל / לחברה קדישא / אלט בעטשע / בשנת תרס"ד / לפ"ק
"This is a donation of / Rabbi Isaac / Seelenfried / and his wife Rizel / for the Hevra Kadisha (burial society) / old Betshe / The year (5)664 (=1904)"
