The back-walled Hanukah^lamp is made of silver and consists of a row of eight candle sockets, a back wall and feet. A row of eight candle sockets, are attached to a rectangular tray with undulating edges. The tray rests on four cartouche shaped legs. The rectangular back wall is decorated in its center with the Tablets of the Covenant, flanked by two rampant lions, facing backwards. A rosette with a hole in its center, surmounted by a crown, is set on top of the upper edges. The back wall is framed with two branches on both sides,two leaves on top and a conch shell in the center of the bottom.
