The round Torah crown is shaped as a cupola of three tiers in diminishing size, and is topped by a crest and an apex. Each tier features scrolling branches, and is decorated with a crenellation of lotus flowers. The front vertical axis is marked by heart-shaped glass beads, flanked by smaller hearts and drop-shaped beads.
A crest shaped as a lotus flower surmounts the cupola. The lotus is formed of three compressed spheres, set one upon the other. The lower sphere is decorated with a whorl of segments, whereas the upper is decorated with scrolling branches and flowers. The crest is topped by a banana bud-shaped apex, set upon a whorl of leaves.
Two round openings were cut in the second tier, to adjust it for inserting the Torah scroll staves.
