The Torah pointer consists of a bar, a pointer and a hanger.

 the bar is divided into a lower and upper parts. The cylindrical upper arm is composed of small units connected by rings and decorated with horizontal lines. The lower arm is flat and shaped as a leaf. on top the lower arm is decorated with a foliate scroll and on the other side it bears an inscription. The inscription is read from the pointer towards the upper part, right to left in square linear letters saying: “ Donated / willingly with all his heart / dedicated to the lord / ??? /The pleasant / disciple / Abraham / Elimelech / Son of Raphael / Rudis / 18 of the month Kislev / the year 5695 / (1935).

The bar terminates in a triangular cuff decorated with a crossed motive. The pointer is a clenched hand with a bent index finger.

A hanger which is a ring is attached to the upper part of the bar.
