The brass Torah pointer consists of a bar, a pointer and a hanger. The bar is divided into an upper and lower part. The twisted upper part terminates with a loop hanger through which a chain with eight shaped rings is inserted. The rectangular flat lower part terminates with a pointer in a shape of a clenched hand with a bant index finger. The lower part bears a dedicatory inscription in square linear letters, which reads from the upper part towards the pointer: On one side:

"Dedicated to the Holy Community Torah studies (Talmud Torah) from me Mrs. Raighna Bigas...........................Mr. my father Joseph Perez...."

Continues on the other side:

7965" "May his soul be bound up in the bond of life,7 Heshvan 5697 [1937]"
