The silver back-walled Hanukah lamp consists of a back wall, a row of eight vase-shaped candle-sockets and legs. A row of eight vase-shaped candle-sockets are attached to a cartouche-like tray, resting on four legs. The cartouche back-wall is surmounted by a crown. In its centre there is a branched candelabrum with flames. Two Palm-trees, flanked by two rampant lions facing backwards, are placed on both sides of the candelabrum. On both sides of the back-wall are rectangular plates, bearing a slit to put the Shamash and a candlestick.
