התר"צ . Opening page for the "Song of Songs". The text for the opening page appears in printed Hebrew letters it reads: Song of Songs . Drawn by Zeev Raban . Bezalel, Jerusalem. Publication "Song of Songs" Jerusalem. In the centre above the name of the publication is the sign of the book in a square frame - a woman and a man beneath a fruit tree looking at each other. Next to the woman is a gazelle, and next the man is a lion. The writing is surrounded by an illustrated frame made of entwined grapevines on the right and pomegranates on the left. In the upper part of the frame two pairs of animals (part lion part horse) appear with their tails entwined. In the lower right corner of the frame, a man is holding a harp in his left hand and touching a lion in his right. In the lower left corner, a woman is touching a gazelle with her left hand and holding a dove in her right.
