Fol. 135v: The initial word “Now after” (ויהי) opening the book of Joshua, is written in a display script in dark brown ink in the upper part of the page. The junctions of the letters (at the middle of the letter) are decorated with round medallions each enclosing a rosette in a spared-ground technique. The letters "yud" are both decorated in the middle with an oval enclosing dotted squares. Each letter is outlined with a wriggley line in light brown ink.
