Both volumes are bound by wooden boards covered with white parchment (pig skin ?) binding. Gilt edges. The front and back covers of both volumes are embossed and gold tooled with Supralibros of the Hofbibliothek (an emblem of the Austrian Empire Library). On the spine of each volume is a gold-tooled corresponding inscription: vol. I “SEMAG. I.” and vol. II “SEMAG. II.”.
