The rectangular Torah case wrapper is divided horizontally into three sections. The central one is narrower than the two side sections. The central section depicts a Cypress-shaped motif with a small oval form in its center. It is flanked by two branches consisting of leaves and a flower set vertically. The other two sections depict a star of David in their center, each bears the letter !m!
!מ! האות הראשונה של שם המשפחה !מאמו!
The letter !m! stands for the name "Mamo"
Each of the three sections is divided by diagonal bands which compose a rhomboid frame. A three-leaf foliate motif is set in each corner. The bands that frame the wrapper depict a repeated pattern of crescent, five-point star, and hamsa. Twelve loops for hanging the wrapper are sewn to the upper edge.
