A menorah with sanctuary implements at its base appear in the center of the arch. The menorah consists of seven foliate branches which are formed by the Hebrew text from Psalms 67. The opening phrase is divided into groups of three letters forming the oil containers. From the oil containers spring small flames, all bending towards the central shaft.
The Sanctuary implements are identified individually with words written in square filled letters. They appear on either side of the menorah's base.
Two pairs of tongs with the inscriptions: "צבת" "מלקוח" "Tongs" are depicted on either side of the Menorah's base: on the right a pair of spiral tongs with round handles and on the left a pair of elongated tapering tongs with a round handle. A stepped ramp with the inscription "כבש" "ramp" above it, appears to the right of the menorah.
A spiral oil jar standing on a conal base with a round upper part is depicted to the left of the Menorah. The inscription "פך שמן" "oil Jar" appear to its right. A half circular shovel with a round shaft appears below the oil jar with the inscription: "מחתה" "shovel" at its right.
