Psalm 75 is written in 10 opaque lines on the upper central part of the brown sheet in bold, spacious, average sized letters. On the other side the number 75 is written in Hebrew letters on the lower right. Psalms 75:1 is written at the top with a space below "ע"ה". At the end of line 4, beside the word "your horn" a pair of bull horns are drawn (Psalms 75:6). On line 6 beside the word "mountain" (Psalms 75:7, does not appear in KJ) two mountain peaks are drawn. At the end of lines 6-8 a wine cup is drawn, referring to the words at the end of line 6 "there is a cup" (Psalms 75:9, in KJ 8). The last line is written in bolder letters.
