The entire book of Malachi is written in three paragraphs on the paper with one paragraph corresponding to each chapter. Chapter 1 is written in the top center above the other two chapters written in the bottom left and right corners. Chapter 1 is written in 24 and a half straight lines in bold cursive letters with some illustrations incorporated in the text. The name of the prophet is written in large bold block letters at the end of the first line (1:1) מלאכי. On the 11th line after the word "bread" (Malachi 1:7) is an illustration of a loaf of bread. Chapter 2 is written on the bottom right in 25 even lines that tend to decline towards the end in small bold and spacious cursive letters. The first word on the first line, "And now" (Malachi 2:1) is written in bolder and larger cursive letters than the rest of the paragraph. On the sixth line, the word "peace" (2:6) is written in bold block letters. ועתה, שלום The letters from the second half of line 10 into line 11 (2:8-9) are thinner and smaller than the rest of the paragraph. The word "Israel" is written at the end of line 15. The words "and in Jerusalem" (both 2:11) appear at the beginning of line 16 and are written in the same wide, bold, block letters as "Israel." ]ב[ישראל ובירושלים There is a gap in line 17 before the beginning of verse 2:13 that resembles a gap in the biblical original. Chapter 3 is written in the bottom left corner in 26.5 lines that tend to decline towards the end. Lines 20-23 are longer than the rest of the paragraph while lines 24-27 are shorter. The first word on the second line, "whom" (3:1), is written in cursive letters that are larger and bolder than the others. There is a gap in line 15 before the beginning of 3:13 which resembles the gap in the Bible. The last word of the text, "curse" (Malachi 3:24) is written in bold, large, spacious letters. "אשר", "חרם"
