© Center for Jewish Art, Photographer: Radovan, Zev,
A ragged red horse, seen from behind, stands waiting outsidea barbershop. The shop which occupies most of the composition is a log cabin with a red roof. A poster attached to the wall on the left, shows a hairdresser with a goatee and curling moustache cutting a client's hair. An inscription on the poster in Cyrillic capital letters reads: "Hairdressing and shaving salon". A bearded man with a green beret can be seen peering through the glass in the upper part of the door at the center of the cabin wall. A window with a white lace curtain is set on the right by the door. Small village houses and a grayish-blue sky can be seen in the background on the left.
