The relief looks like an enormous mask. It has almost a regular form of an oblonged rectangular with rounded corners. All the features of the face are deeply scratched or even dug on the surface of the portrayal so that nearly all forms of the face look sharpened, lacerated and rough. A strip of the beard below and the strip of the hair above border the face. Among the bristling hair one can see two straight horns. The protruding eyes under the thin eyebrows are round, small and hollowed at the center. The opened mouth has a round form. The tongue in it looks like a large plug, divided vertically with a narrow chink into two parts. All the forehead and the cheeks are furrowed and dug up with deep diagonal and vertical wrinkles. Along the edges and under the eyes protrude the knob-like outgrowths.
