© Center for Jewish Art, Photographer: Radovan, Zev, 1993
The sculpture is made of a rusty piece of dented iron on which two blue coloured iron trees (date-palms) and a small chair. The trees also looks like rams horns, because they only have 2 curved branchs. The trees and the small chair positined on the brown-rusty iron create an impression of an oasis in the middle of a dry landscape. Keeping in mind the visual connection with the image of the rams (or wild goats) the sculpture becomes a visual translation of the Judea-desert landscape.
