The inscription in Hebrew reads:

בכל חודש וחודש ובכל שבת ושבת
אתם עתידים להיות עולים שם והיאך אפשר שיבוא כל בשר בירושלים
כל שבת ובכל חדש 
אמר רבי לוי
עתידה ירושלים להיות כארץ ישראל  וארץ ישראל ככל העולם כולו [פסיקתא רבתי א]

Translation: Every month and every Shabbat you will surely go up there. And how is it possible that all will go up? R. Levi says that in the future Jerusalem will become as the Land of Israel and the Land of Israel as the whole world. [Pesikta Rabati chapter 1]
