20 Remarks
20 Description In the center of the composition there is a figure of a man. He stands with his hands stretched along the body and smiles. A large awkward overcoat hangs on his small figure. A strange hat looking like a bucket crowns his head. To the left there is a figure of a young woman with a shawl on her shoulders. She goes leftwards but her head is turned back towards the man, though she does not look at him. There is a pot with a plant standing on the ground between them. The other man is seen from behind of the first man's figure. Only a half of his figure is visible. He goes rightwards. His left leg is bent and raised as though he climbs a ladder. His hand is put into the pocket of his short coat. His mouth is half open and distorted in a grimace. He has alarge nose and wears a kepi. In the right part of the drawing there is a figure of another woman. It is smaller then others figures in the drawing. The woman is shown in a thre-quarter turn to the right but her face is turned towards the viewer. There is a view of a town with a few two- and three-storied buildings on the background.
