Boroșneu Mare (Nagyborosnyó) is a Hungarian village, 21 km east of Sfântu Gheorghe. In 1930, 59 Jews lived in the village.[1]

The Jewish cemetery of Nagyborosnyó is attached to the western end of the village cemetery, which is Calvinist. Its territory is surrounded by a wire and completely covered by impenetrable vegetation. Only one tombstone of 1900, with epitaphs in Hebrew and Hungarian, is accessible. More tombstones could be seen through the bushes.

Boroșneu Mare (Nagyborosnyó) is a Hungarian village, 21 km east of Sfântu Gheorghe. In 1930, 59 Jews lived in the village.[1]

The Jewish cemetery of Nagyborosnyó is attached to the western end of the village cemetery, which is Calvinist. Its territory is surrounded by a wire and completely covered by impenetrable vegetation. Only one tombstone of 1900, with epitaphs in Hebrew and Hungarian, is accessible. More tombstones could be seen through the bushes.
