20 Description The Spice Tower is made of brass and consists of a shaft, a body, a tower and an apex. The shaft is a tapering cylinder with a globular knob at its centre. It is supported by a circular raised base. The rectangular body has a hinged door with a round catch and is decorated on its remaining sides with a cast design of six circles surrounded by a wavy line, imitating filigree. The smooth pointed tower tapers towards a small globular apex, surmounted by a small mast.
