20 Description Vol. I, fol. 87: The repeated initials “Not to” שלא)) for six negative precept are written in display script one above the other against red filigree pen-work, forming a vertical panel decorated by blue rosettes. Red and blue medallions inhabited by two-legged hybrids and a fowl in spared-ground technique are placed between the initials. Flourishes extend from the corner rosettes into the margins.

Fol. 202: The beginning of the Twelve Minor Prophets books, On top of the second text column, the initial first word דבר [ה'] "The word [of the Lord]" of the first minor prophet (Hosea), is written in display script within a circular panel framed by a checkered border interrupted by five circles enclosing a five-petalled rossette in black ink. In the lower margin, the title תרי עשר "Twelve Minor Prophets", which in this Bible are regarded as one book, is written in display-hallowed-letters and decorated on the left by fleur-de-lys. In the upper margin is a zigzag band with a dragon head and a crowned lion torso in black ink. The page includes also the sum of verses sign of the preceeding book (Ezekiel) framed by a checkered cartouche in black ink.

Anticlockwise from top left, the angel, winged lion, winged ox and spread eagle. Four burnished gold lozenges placed between the roundels. In the center is the title: "הקדמה" written on a penwork scroll ground. The entire text column is surrounded by a foliate frame, consisting of leaves crawling around a bar and in the four corners are lozenges framing human masks. On the top are two birds, a finch on the right and a robin on the left.

Fol. 103v: The last text column ending the book of Numbers is written in a triangle-like shaped text while the last few words are written below the floral decoration in large square script. The floral decoration is composed of s shaped scrolls, emerging from below, forming three roundels on each side. The two lower ones are filled with big round flowers divided by lines with a golden dot in the centre. Within the other four roundels are stylized fleshy flowers and leaves. The empty space among the curves is filled with golden dots, and springs. Below the decoration is a small brown and purple fly.

The painting depicts the walls of Jerusalem from the outside. According to the inscription, the tower shown is the Tower of David. The foreground includes a green hill and a road.

The style of this painting is different from the others and is distinguished by flat, primitive execution. The current form of this painting is almost certainly not original but derives from later restoration.

20 Description The silver rimon consists of two constructions, a tree and the Tables of the Covenant.## The six faceted constructions consist of a base, a main part and a head. The bases bear dedicatory inscription. The main parts facets are separeted by corn shapes. Each facet bears different fruit trees. On f the left construction on one facet is a hanging lamp. The constructions are surmounted by a domical head. Between the constructions is a palm tree. Bellow the tree are the Tables of the Covenant inscribed with the first words of the Decalogue. Vines and scrolls surround the Tables. The dedicatory inscription is engraved in outline filled and linear letters. It begins on the left building, and reads: נדבת אהרון בן % צבי יהודה ריין % לחברת רעי הגימנסיה של ק"ק )קהילה קדושה(% פעשט להיות % לנוי ולקשות ספר תורה בבית % הכנסת % של בית הספר "A donation of Aharon son of % Zwi Jehuda Rein % to the gymnasia friends society ## the holy community % Pest % to be an ornament and a decoration of the Torah Scroll ## in the synagogue % of the school" The inscription comtinues on the right construction, and reads: נעשה על פי % תכנית של יעקב % בן שמואל ווססעל מורה בריא לגימנסיה % של ק"ק )קהילה קדושה( פעשט % ושמש בפעם יום חנוכת ספר % תורה ביום מתן % תורתנו בשנת תרפ'ח תורה אשר נדבו % הבוגרים של בית הספר לבית הכנסת "Has been done according to % the design of Jakob % son of Samuel Wessel## Teacher of$$1? the gymnasia % of the holy community Pest % and seved at the time ## the day of the dedication of the Torah scroll" "On the day of giving of our Law (Shavuot) % in the year (5)668 (1928)## the Torah that has been donated by % the graduates of the school ## for the synagogue" The inscription on the borders is engraved in linear letters, and reads:Salgo Sandor Bp "Salgo Sandor Bp (Budapest$$1?)"
