The silver Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with a semi circular arch.
In the center of the shield there is a medallion in a shape of a quatrefoil composed of scrolls. It is flanked by a pair of columns surmounted by coronets. Both columns are resting on two facing each other dolphins, and are twisted by their tails. The upper part of the shield is decorated by arch-shaped scroll design with foliate motifs and scrolls below it. The lower part of the shield is decorated by a scroll symmetrical design with a foliate motif spreading upwards from its center.
The frame is in the shape of a smooth protrouding band.
