The silver Torah Shiled is rectangular and terminats with a hemicircular arch. On its centre there is a round medallion that bears an inscription which reads in five lines from right to left in square filed letters:

"זה נדבה##איטע בת חלוונא##הכהן בעד ביתה##חיי' ציריל בת##ר' יצחק"

"This was donated by Ita daughter of Halvana Hacohen, for her daughter Haia Ziril daughter of Rabbi Issac" The inscription is surounded by a circle decoreted with a design of triangles. The entire shiels is decoreted with a pattern of diamonds, intermitently dark and light which are framed by a band that follows the shape of the shield and is identical to the band of the inner medallion. The edges are flat and smooth. Two holes for hanging are inserted at the base of the arch.
